White base glaze on jiggered porcelain plate. On outside of rim, a gold stripe painted around the edge. Another, wider band of gold painted around the inside of the rim. Between the two lines, a repeating design of flowers, leaves, and vines, also in gold. In the center of the dish, an image of FDR is silkscreened, with his name appearing just below in small letters. The silkscreen is in shades of brown. The rim seems to be glazed a shade of yellow or an off-white. Letter Y stamped in gold on back.
