Molded porcelain with off-white glaze. The dish is shaped like a goblet, with a round base tapering in quickly to the stem. The stem then tapers up directly to the top. There are 3 rings of gold trim: one around the base, one around a raised ring on the stem, and one around the rim. Around the top of the base, and the inside of the rim, are repeating patterns of leaves on a stem. Around the outside are transfer prints. FDR and Churchill are on one side, with the flags of the U.S. and Great Britain above them and on the opposite side. The lid tapers up and in, and becomes like a spire in the center to give a handle. On the point of the handle, on the two raised areas below the point and on the rim is gold trim. The images of FDR and Churchill are on either side of the handle, and the flag motif repears above and below them. Silkscreen in blue on bottom: ROYAL WINTON / GRIMWADES / MADE IN / ENGLAND. Impressed in bottom: GORDON. Painted in gold: 5966.
