The rim and base have a scalloped pattern molded in. On one side, a photolithographic transfer of FDR and Churchill seated. The caption below reads: F.D. ROOSEVELT and WINSTON CHURCHILL / ATLANTIC MEETING, 1941. Stamped on bttom in black: ROYAL STAFFORDSHIRE POTTERY / A.S. WILLIAMSON. These words form a semi-oval shape. In the center of that, a crest, topped with a crown; and the word ENGLAND, and the letters N and W in crest. Also in black, a stamp reading MADE IN ENGLAND. Written in ink, the number 1082.
