A check for $3,800 was presented to the Graham Hospital Association at a social gathering Tuesday night of the Graham Hospital Gift Shop League. The check completed a pledge of $40,000 made in 1965 to the hospital building fund for the new addition. The check was pr4esented to the Rev. Dale Wellbaum who was general campaign chairman for the drive to finance the addition. Another check was also presented Tuesday night for $8,000 to the Association. The funds were not earmarked for any specific use by the hospital. The two checks bring the total funds contributed to the hospital by the league to $72,100. The League has 70 active members and a number of honorary ones. It was established in 1959 for the purpose of helping make Graham Hospital continually better and to contribute financial profits to that end.
