Tallgrass Prairie and Prairie Farming Display At Eisenhower Library
The Eisenhower Public Library District, 4652 N. Olcott Ave., Harwood Heights, is presenting a display on our native tallgrass prairie and prairie farming circa 1836-1840. The display features representative prairie plants, and historic photos of early prairie farmers of the Norwood Park Township area.
