your shop. Learn how to take advantage of free advertising and improve your closing ratio of
potential emissions-related customers. Discussions include management tools and the use of
the “Dashboard” website. The seminar discusses how to “explain” and “sell” diagnostic tests and
setting readiness monitors. It also looks at ways to help you to simplify “readiness monitors” to
your customers in easy to understand terms. This seminar will improve communication from the
customer to your service desk, arming your repair technician with “need-to-know” information.
