The seminar discusses how to “explain” and “sell” diagnostic tests and setting readiness monitors. It also looks at ways to help you to simplify “readiness ,” to your customers in easy to understand terms. This seminar will improve communication from the customer to your service desk, arming your repair technician with “need-to-know” information.
