officials stated the dollars represent an actual one-time cost.
$35,592,161.49 to the Department of Central Management Services to extend a contract
for 12 months for the existing telecommunications network services to avoid a disruption in
services while a competitive process to select new vendors is completed.

services in Regions 1-4 and 6 for the 9-month period of January 1, 2009 through
