NOTICE OF PEREMPTORY AMENDMENTS
1.50% effective January 1, 2009; 2.50% effective August 16, 2009 and 2.00% effective
January 1, 2010. The extracurricular activities pay is increased by 2.5% effective August
16, 2009.
Section 310.Appendix A Table AB is amended to reflect two MOU between CMS and
the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) for the
Public Service Administrator title Option 6 signed January 8, 2009 and June 15, 2009.
The first MOU assigned the Public Service Administrator title Option 6 to the RC-150
bargaining unit effective December 2, 2008. In the second MOU, the Public Service
Administrator title Option 6 is assigned to the RC-150-24 pay grade and to the AFSCME
Master Contract effective December 2, 2008. Some positions were excluded from
representation by the Illinois Labor Relations Board.

ILCS 415/8, 20 ILCS 415/8a and 20 ILCS 415/9(7)] and by Sections 4, 6, 15 and 21 of
the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act [5 ILCS 315/4, 5 ILCS 315/6, 5 ILCS 315/15 and
5 ILCS 315/21]

heading for the Section 310. Appendix A Table AB is changed.
In Section 310.Appendix A Table M, the rate tables from prior fiscal years are removed
and the rate tables effective January 1, 2009 and in fiscal year 2010 are added.
In Section 310.Appendix A Table Q, the rate table effective January 1, 2010 is added.
In Section 310.Appendix A Table S, the rate tables from prior fiscal years are removed
and the rate tables effective January 1, 2009 and in fiscal year 2010 are added.
In Section 310.Appendix A Table T, the rate tables from prior fiscal years are removed
and the rate tables effective January 1, 2009 and in fiscal year 2010 are added.
In Section 310.Appendix A Table U, the extracurricular activities pay from prior fiscal
years are removed and the extracurricular activities pay effective August 16, 2009 are
added.
