Those who have held the position of librarian at the Village Hall
were,Miss Euba Dunton, Mrs. Janet Morse, Miss Helen Bollman and
Miss Bertha Buckley, the latter who is librarian at the present time. Because more space was needed the library was moved to the second floor of the Village hall several years ago, occupying all that floor.
Miss Buckley remained librarian until her death in Dec. of
1943-
Miss Mae Wilbur, who had been assistant to Miss Buckley, replaced her as acting librarian from 1943 until her retirement in July of 1951.
Mrs. Ray Haverkampf, assistant to Miss Wilbur filled in during the time a new librarian was being found, and then remained on to be assistant to Miss Ferne E. Finfrock. Miss Finfrock came to Dundee from the Gail Borden Public library in Elgin, completing 15 years service there.
