BESIDES the great display of material achievements, it is proposed, by its management, to greatly increase the utility and public interest of the World's Columbian Exposition of 1893 by the number and value of the great international conventions, assemblies, or congresses, to be held under its auspices. The World's Congress Auxiliary, authorized and supported by the Congress of the United States and the World's Fair authorities, has especially in charge these conventions or congresses. The General Committee on Labor Congresses, which is intended to include the consideration of all germane industrial and economic problems, acting under the direction of the Auxiliary,
