Blackwelder, Mrs. Cathrine Waugh McCulloch. Advisory Councils of this Department TO BE APPOINTED HEREAFTER. NOTES. 1. Additional appointments will be made on these Committees, and additional Committees will be formed as circumstances may require. 2. The Committees will prepare Preliminary Addresses, setting forth the work to be done, and inviting suggestions; and will recommend names for the Advisory Councils of their respective Divisions of this Department. 3. The objects and organization of the Auxiliary, the privileges of mem- bers of the Advisory Councils, the place for the meeting of the Congresses, etc., are set forth in an accompanying statement.
