Educational Authors and Publishers should also have a proper recognition in connection with the proposed Educational Congresses, and a suitable committee to present their work and its relations to the general cause of education will doubtless be appointed. University and College Congresses. It is expected that the Higher Institutions of Learning will have a most con- spicuous part in the World's Congresses of 1893. Among the congresses contemplated, are a Congress of Colleges and Universities; a University Extension Congress, and a Congress of Students, Alumni and College Societies. Agricultural Education. Arrangements will also be made for a Congress of Agricultural Colleges and and kindred institutions of learning, as well as for their active partici- pation in the Congresses of the Department of Agriculture. PARTIAL LIST OF THE Advisory Councils of This Department. Advisory Council of the World's Congress Auxiliary on Higher Education.
