I thought that I would answer yoyr kind and welcome letter which I just received and I was glad to hear from you once more . Well Mother I am as well as could be expecid . I was aloude to get up yestarday but I went back to bed I did not stay up verry long . Tell Grove that if he wants me to write him A letter he will have to write me and give me his adress For I do not know where he is at. I received the stampes and cigerets that you sent and I thank you very much for them. I am going to have another opration just as soon as I get over this last one . Well mother we are having some very nice weather here and I hope that the weather will change there soon I guess that I know what the weather is when you have them blisiders . Well Mother I think that I will have some money for you when I get home uncle sam now owes me rate at two hundred dollars and we are to receive sixty dollars extra oay that sounds good to me . I think that I can use it I think that I will have to see A doctor when I get back home if I ever expect to get my health back again . Ican not eat any thing I am nothing but skin and bones now.I am as weak as A cat now . Well Mother I cannot think of nothing else to write at this time so I will have to close .
