FRISCH Although the official Zionist press proclaims peace between the various Zionist factions, the truth is that the Zionist convention failed to conciliate the opposing per. sonalities. . . Dr. Neumann and Dr. Silver are still sulk-ing in their tents. They feel that the recent Greater Ac-tions Committee in Israel jeopardized Zionist work in the U.S.A... They also resent the election of Dr. Nahum Goldman to the chairmanship of the American section of the Jewish Agency. . . In other words the new Zionist adminis-tration tinder the leadership of Daniel Frisch will have a tough time. .. It will have to carry on without the active cooperation of Neumann and Silver. . . .And frankly, we cannot blame the outgoing President. . . He has a right to feel double-crossed by the Israeli leaders, who instead of re-warding him for his tremendous po-litical help have turned against him. . . .It is reported from reliable sources that Dr. Neumann will devote himself to the task of translating the Lowder-milk Plan (TVA on the Jordan) into reality. .. he plan requires $250,- 000,000 and enjoys the support of the Israeli Government.
