Swartchild and Mrs. Samuel A. Ettel-son. The annual June outing of the or-ganization will be held ordiune 11. With the business season at a close, the Juniors will devote their entire time during the summer months to the entertainment of the old people, for which purpose the proceeds of the Happy Day and memorial funds will be used. Miss Evelyn Baskin is chair-man of the entertainment committee. Northwest Y. M. H. A.-The next meeting will be held Thursday evening, June 1, at Division hall, 2441 West Division street. This will probably be the last meeting. The new building at Division and Irving avenues which has been taken as headquarters, will probably be ready for occupancy in time for the next meeting following which will be held on the third Thurs-day in June. The athletic department is work-ing in conjunction with the athletic de-partment of the Northwest Y. W. H. A. to select a camp site. Young People's Jewish Council of Woodlawn.-A "postcript" afternoon dancing party will be given this Sun-day afternoon, May 28, in the ball-room of the Great Northern hotel. On Sunday afternoon, June 11, a hike from Worth, Illinois, to Palos park and a dinner at the Sharp Shooter's club -at Palos park will be given for the members. The annual election of officers will take place Sunday afternoon, June 25, and this meeting will be the last one of the season, until the installa-tion the first Sunday in September. Lawndale Junior Hadassah.-About 250 young men and women attended the party given on Sunday afternoon, May 14, at the Great Northern hotel by the Lawndale Junior Hadassah. Among the afternoon entertainment was a reading by Miss Sarah Zechman and musical selections by a trio con-sisting of Miss Blanche Greenberg, Mr. Schreiner, and Miss M. Brook. The meetings of the Lawndale Junior Had-assah are held regularly every second and fourth Monday of each month at Temple Judea, 1227 Independence boulevard. Zerubovel Zion Society.-Final ar-rangements have been completed for the seventh annual fudge party and entertainment to be held Sunday, May 28 at 2:30 p. m. at the northwest branch of the Chicago Hebrew Insti-tute, 1243 North Wood street. A home talent musical act under the directorship of Miss Sophie Green-field, assisted by Miss Etta Zacharow at piano, will be given by twelve mem-bers of the club. Miss Edna Ellen will render a few violin selections ac-companied by Miss Anna Briskman, pianist. There will also be other tal-ents. Dancing will follow to orchestral music. The proceeds will go towards the Keren Hayesod. Northwest Fellowship Club.-The N. W. F. C. announces that its new up-to-date, out-door dancing arena is now completed. This arena is built to accommodate more than a thousand persons with the utmost comfort. The music for these out-door dances which are held on every Sunday eve-ning is supplied by the Wagner or-chestra. South Side Women's Club M. N. J. 0. H.-Annual luncheon and party on Monday, May 29, at the Chicago Beach hotel at 12:30 p. m. A program has been arranged by the chairman, Mrs. B. Baumgarden, assisted by Mrs. I. Klawans. Mrs. William Berkson of 5312 Calumet avenue, is in charge of reservations. Mrs. Elda Dushoff Hurwitz an-nounces the confirmation of her son, Solomon, on Friday, June 2, at Sinai temple at 9:45 a. m. Mrs. Hurwitz will partake in the confirmation serv-ices by rendering a vocal solo, and will receive at home, 5231 Prairie avenue from 7 to 9 p. m.
