are: to erect a monument to
the assassinated leader, to establish a
museum for him, to gather funds for
the defense of Petlura's name in the
Schwartzbard trial in Paris, and to
seek revenge for the Attaman's death.

BUDAPEST, HUNGARY (S. A.) -
A movement has been started by
liberal lawyers and professional men
to free Jacob Favitch, the Jew who
has been imprisoned here for the last
ten years accused of having been a
spy in the employ of the Russian gov-ernment
during the war. It is de-clared
that Favitch was entirely inno-cent,
and that his incarceration was
due to an anti-Semitic plot, partici-pated
in by the same men who now
oppose Favitch's release from prison.
