The school opened within a few days under the name of the famous Jewish national poet, Jehoash, at 4804 North Kedzie avenue, Capitol theatre build-ing, room 215, where about thirty pu-pils have registered. This school, like the other three schools in the Douglas Park district, the Baruchov School in the Northwest Side and the David Pinski School in Franklin Park, are under the super-vision of the Chicago Poale Zion and Jewish National Workers Verband, of which Mr. N.. Stern, capable peda-gogue, is the supervisor.
