Of the 190 stu-dents in the Slobodko Rabbinical Col-lege, 30 were killed. The following is the casualty list among the Ameri-cans: The Dead Jacob Wexler, 17, son of Richard Wexier, 4237 Van Buren street, Chi-cago, retired radio dealer. David Epstein, 17, son of Rabbi Ephraim Epstein, 1331 Independence boulevard, Chicago. Henry Frohman, Chicago. He is believed to be Harry Frauman, whose parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mandel Frau-man live at 1250 South Kildare ave-nue. Frauman, who came with his family from Hamilton, Ontario, was formerly a student at the Hebrew Theological College, Douglas boule-vard and St. Louis avenue. Krassner, first name unknown, Chicago. William Berman, Philadelphia, Pa. Benjamin Hurwitz, Brooklyn, N. Y. David Scheinberg, 22, Memphis, Tenn. Wolf Greenberg, Brooklyn, N. Y. Seriously Wounded David Winchester, formerly a rabbi at Springfield, Ill. He was stabbed in the abdomen and there is little hope for his recovery. He is the son of Morris Winchester, 1106 North Christiana avenue. Slightly Wounded Lester Harbiter, Brooklyn, N. Y. Max Harbiter, Brooklyn, N. Y. Moses Sanders, Brooklyn, N. Y. Samuel Sanders, Brooklyn, N. Y. The following escaped uninjured: Gold, Brooklyn; Zeideh Berman, Philadelphia; Israel Snow, Brooklyn; Ralph De Koven, Chicago; Ben Cohen, Seattle; Mr. Forman and wife, Brook-lyn; Kusner, Brooklyn; two Goodman brothers, Cleveland; Baruch Kaplan, Brooklyn; Mr. Toledetski, New York; Rabbi Harold Goltesman, Brooklyn. De Koven, who is the son of Bernard De Koven, 7230 Sheridan road, was reported injured in earlier dispatches. Eighteen Killed in Home In the house of A. D. Slonim, man-ager of the local branch of the Anglo- Palestine bank, where nearly 50 sought refuge, 18 were killed, includ-ing the manager, his wife and two children, and his wife's parents, who were visiting them. The barbarity of the attackers knew no bounds. Not content with killing, the Arabs attacked Mrs. Sokolover, an American citizen, newly married. She is seriously injured. (According to an uncensored dis-patch by way of Cairo, Egypt, the Jewish community board of Jerusalem estimates the Jewish deaths at be-tween 120 and 150. At least 100 Arabs were also killed in the riots, according to estimates of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.) ARABS ATTACK COLLEGE Details from Hebron of the Arab attack on the Slobodka Rabbinical College, in which American students were killed, are seeping in. The Hebron police were completely helpless and totally unprepared for the unexpected attack. Jerusalem was unable to send reinforcements, due to the grave situation there; furthermore, it would have been too late, since the entire mass slaughtering lasted hut a few hours. Police headquarters here sent trucks to remove all remaining Jews at Hebron. This revolutionary state of affairs seems to have contam-inated all Palestine.
