SECTION VIIL That all ordi¬ nances or parts of ordinances of said City of Naperville, Illinois. In so far as they conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, be. and they hereby are repealed,
SECTION IX. That this Ordinance shall be In force and effect thirty (80) dajm from and after its final passage, and shall be known as Ordinance No  of the City of Na¬ pervi'le, Illinois, under the Commis¬ sion Form of Municipal Government

Moved by Commissioner Walter M. Givler that the following Resolu¬ tion thereon be adopted:
Resolved, That said ordinance for said local improvement consisting of paving and otherwise improving Jef¬ ferson avenue and other streets in the City of Naperville, Illinois, ao here now presented by said Board of Local Improvements, together with said recommendation and estimate thereto attached, be, and the same hereby are, referred to Commissioner Charles B. Bowman and Commiss¬ ioner Arthur R. Beidelman as a Com¬ mittee; be it further
Resolved, That said Committee re¬ port thereon to the Council on Mon¬ day, March 12th, 1917, at the hour of 7:^ o'clock p. m., in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Naperville, Illinois, at which time and place said recommendation, esti¬ mate and or inance will be brought up for consideration and said ordi¬ nance brought up for hnal passage by said Council; be  it further
Resolved, That saia ordinance, to¬ gether with sa«d recommendation and estimate, be published in full in the usual way in the proceedings of the Council of said City in accordance with law and that the City Clerk of >aid City cause said publication to be nade.
