1-76 217 I I I That part of Block seven (7) in Ellsworth A Son*a Addition to Naperville , IhjiPage Oounty, II inois, luing south of the Chicago Burlington A Quincy Rtilroad Conpany right of way, in the CKIy of niparvl''lr^ in the County of DuPage And State of Illiaoia; and Whereaa said deed contains the following conditions: •This conveyance ia made for Park purposes. So long aa aaid real estate is owned by said City, sail real sstate ahall be kept and main¬ tained a8 a public park. Sail City may sell and convey the fee simple title of sail real eatate ani in case of such sale aaid real estate shall not be burdened with any trust hereby created, but in case of auoh saia the money realised therefrom ahall be uaei for the benefit of the publio parka of said oity. And in coneideration thereof 3aid John Krauahar, the graitor, has donate! fSOO of aaid purchaae prioe f500; ** and Whereaa the balanoe of |500 of sail purchaae (over the abo\''« aaid |300 ionatei by aaii grantor) haa been secured through the efforta of aaid Aaaooiation of Comaerce; Be It Resolved by the Counoil of said Oity of Hapervilla, Illinoia, that aaid deed and conveyance of said real estate be acceptei by aaid City of Hapervilie, Illinoia, upon said conditlona. Ba It Further Reaolved that the Mayor of said Oity aign aaid deed ani the Oity Olerk attest it ani affix the corporate seal of aaii Cfty thereto, on behalf of aaid City, aa evidence of the aooeptanoe of aaii oonieianoe upon aaid oonditiona. Be It Further Beaolved that ths Oily Clerk cause said deed to be recoried in the records of DuPage County, Illinois. Adopted Fab. 19, 1917. Teaa: Commra. Givler, Bowman, Beidleman, i^ohr and Mayor Kendall. Haya: 0. Ooaar. Bowman moved *^he adoption of the following reaolution: Wharaaa, Mr. and Mrs. John Krauahar of our City have donated the aua of #200 toward the purhh-^ae of Wedge Park, therefore be il Resolved, That the City fjounoil accept this favor in behalf of the City of Maperville. The motion prevailed. Teas: Oommrs. Bowman, Oivler, Rohr, Beidlman and Hayor Kendall. Haya: 0. CoaTr.
