A PORTIOH OF COLUMBIA AVENUS IN TBE CITY OF lAPBRVILLF., W PAOS COUNTY, ILLINOIS", together with reconmendation anr estimate, were preeented, and Conmr. Kroehler mored that the aame remain on file with the city derk, for public inspection, for at least one week before passage. Motion oarried. Teas: Msyor '^iper and Commrs. Arends, i:line Kroehler and Stoner. Nays: None.
Oommr. Kroehler introduced the following resolution end mored its adoptions
Be it Reeolred by the City Council of the City of Naperrille, Illinois, exercising the powers and performing the duties of a Board of Local laprorsRents, that an adrertisemsnl^ for propoeal of the bids for the improrementof Aurora Arenue and a portion of Main -^ Street be made ahd ordered in the Naperrille Clarion, a newepaper published in this City, in accordance with the Jtar m of the notice for porposal for bids subm tted at this meeting; that said bids shall be opened on the 13th day of Aughst, A. D. 1923 at the houss cf 8:00 o'clock '. F,
Be it also Keeolved that the form of instructions to bidder, contractor's proposal, oontract and bond, at this meeting suhm tted, be adopted by this Board*
Motion carried. Yeaa: i^or Finer and CimaaQrs. Arends Kline, Kroehler and Stoner. Nays* None.

City of Naperrille, pending in the cirenit oonrt of DuPage County, suhmitted their award finding that the porperty of the complainants was damaged by the improrements made and conetruoted by the C5ty od Haperrille re la tire to change of gtade of pareman- ^nd sidewalk on Van Buren Arenue, in the sum of six hundred dollars.
Oonmr. Kroehler moved that the finding of the arbitrators be accented and that a warrant for |600.00 be drawn tc Mbry Ann Paxm ana uarrle Emiliae Taylor in settlement df awards y'otion carried. Yoas: Mayor J^iper and Cimmffs. Arends, Kline, Kroehler and Stoner* lays: lone
