The City Oounoil of the City of Hapervilie convened in tegular session at 7.30 p. m. ^resent ai^ roll call: Comr-rs.Bowman. Givler and Schwarts. Absent: Kayor Konlall ani Coaonr. Hlltanbrand.
In the ahaence cf Hayor Kendall, Commr. Bowaan acted as Mayor pro ten.
Minutea of the Oouncil neeting held Feb. 5th, 1915, were read and approved.
The following bills after being referred to their respective depArtmenta, were read as approved:

Gentlemen:—We the \inler3lgnel industries and individuala being frequent uaers of Jackson Ave., whlc^ has been in a deplorable con¬ dition for teaming, io hereby reapectfullys^licit your assistance to help us to have the City of Naps'-ville repair and reconstruct at their own expense that block of atreet in Jackaon Ave., between the Main Street brick pavement and Webster St., including the croas^ ing of Webstsr St., and Jackson Ave., In a manner approximately aa follows:
Firet—That aaid atreot for ita entire width be filial up to a rasonable grade, anl that a top wearing atrfaoe of gravel of suffi— ciant thickness be placed thereon which will make a street or road¬ way aufficlently alequate for the heary teaming and trucking which this block undergoea.
