200B 331 Council Chamber, May 9, 1927 The Council of the Oity of Naperville, Illinois, met at 7:30 P.M. Present: Thompson and Commrs. Hiltenbr^^nd, Kluckh'^hn, Rohr and Sugmund . Absent: None. Minutes of meeting held Mpy 2, 1927, were rerid ond approved. Approved bills were presented to the amount of $ 2883.08 and on motion of Conrnr. Rohr the bills were allowed. Yeas: Mayor Thompson and Commrs. Hiltenbrand, Kluckhohn, Rohr and Sigmund Ngys; None. (The official bonds of P.H.Boecker, City Treasurer; Edward Uhrich, Fire Marshal; Charles J Foucek, Assestant FireM arshal; and Oliver W. Strubler, City Clerk and City Collector, were presented and on motion of Commr. Sigmund the same were approved. Yeas; Mayor Thompson and Oommrs. Hiltenbrand, Kluckhohn, Rohr and Sigmund. Hgys; None. The annuel special assessment report of the city treasurer was presented, showing recapitulation as follows; April 1, 1926, Total bAiance on hand, $29412.46 Received from O.W.Strubler, Coll., 93285.99 Received from ^ounty Coll., 4281.69 Total disbursements, April 1, 1927. Total balances on hand. $129980.14 $81495.02 48485.12 $129980.14 I The report was ordered filed. A communication from the Naperville association of Commerce relative to proposed new bridge on WashingiLon Street Was presented and on motion of Commr. Kluckhohn the same was referred to the mayor. Teas: **ayor Thompson and Commrw. Hiltenbrajid, KluqJfhohn, Rohr and Sigmund. Nays; Hone. An ordinance was presented, entitled; "OOMPEIISATION OF APPOINTIVE OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES," and to be known as ^^rdinance No. A-21. On motion of Commr. Hiltenbrand the ordinance was passed. Yeas; Mayor Thompson and Oommrs. Hiltenbrand, Kluckhohn, Rohr and ^igmund. Nays; None. An ordinance was presented entitled; "AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE MAYOR AND TWO COMMISSIONERS TO SERVE AS THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVE* MENTS IN AND FOR THE CITY OF NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS."
