From the time your child is bom, every parent has expectations of what he or she will be later in life. Usually, in these dreams, we see our child in a much better light or circumstances than we find ourselves. We paint a glowing image in our minds of the perfect man or woman, one who does not smoke or drink, goes to church on Sunday, does not have any of our bad habits and who will meet a person who will become their spouse, for the rest of their life. Dreams of what our child will be are like New Year's Resolutions which fade into reality as time goes by. We were always proud of Quin as a boy. He never smoked, drank or did most of the other things which many youngsters do to gain peer acceptance. In his Junior year in high school, Quin got a job at Great America. While he was there, he met a very lovely girl, named Debbie. Debbie, like Quin didn't drink, smoke or do the other things most parents frown on. To dear ole dad. it seemed like a dream come true, not only was Debbie beautiful, but everything Quin had dreamed of. An added plus is the fact that she is very realistic ami has a good head on her shoulders. Good Luck to 6oth of you, my two children. May your lives always be as happy as the day you were wed.
