All Oommdssioners voted aye and the motion carried. The Treasurers report was then presented showing a balance in the checking account of $30,738.28. A motion was made l>y Mr. Mackeben seconded by Mr. Ream to accept the report as read. All Oommissioners voted aye and Use npoit was filed for audit. The President then presented the nwj^ly bills for paymemt «fteti whdh a motton was made by Mr. Mackebett, seconded by Mr. Tutes, to pay oU bills as presented. The shelter will be open on four sides but is designed so that it can be endosed in't^ future. Upon com¬ pletion the shelter will have a fire¬ place and large ohhraiey and pic-, nic titles in use fa> inclement weather. The firefilaoe will be made of a burnt brick, black wiith brown¬ ish mortauy eccordling to Mr. Har¬ ley mackeben. The stracture dwnld be very aitistic when it is com¬ pleted later this year.
