The Graham Hospital Association School of Nursing’s September Student of the Month was Julie Justice. The daughter of Don and Roxie Justice of Macomb, she is a senior nursing student, vice president of her class, co-chairperson of the recreation committee and is employed part-time at the Macomb Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Reflecting on her education at Graham, Julie said the school has a “really good faculty and is small enough for each student to be known as an individual.” Julie also said she has learned a lot about “caring for people” during her clinical rotations. After graduation, she plans to work in a clinic setting so she can be involved in patient teaching. By being the Student of the Month, Julie is eligible for the Student of the Year Award.
