. 008HEN, Jnd., Jan. 10.—"rte Ud was clamped down today on high school and society dances in Ooshen foltowing a grand jury probe ot.tUe use ot, "hip liquor" by youths «t- tending the functions.
The grand Jury recommended that society dances be policed like ordi¬ nary pnblte dances and severoly criticized parents for permitting thetr young daughters to attend dances without being chaperoned^
Ts[p fraternitlee were ordered dis¬ solved in the cleanup.
Students and members ot the high school faculty were called before the grand Jury In Its investigation of re¬ ports that boys and girls in their teens were seen intoxicated at the dances.
