SPRINGFIELD, 111.. July 9.—^The mtnols sapreme court will decide wkether or not the state tax rate of SS eents on the |10o valnation is ex- «eeslve.
This became a certainty before •tale's Attorney Kollenwider, of flnnsamon county, asked permission to appeal to the state tribunal from -tke decision of County Judge Irwin who held tbe state rate excessive on 4»bjectlons nied by several railroads.
