Public notice ia hereby given that I. A. H. Kellums, Treasurer and County Collector of Taxes of Clay Coutny. in the State aforesaid, shall apply to the County Court of said Clay County al the June term, 1922. thereof, for Judgment against the lands and lota, railroads, telephone and telegraph companies and corpora¬ tions mentioned and described in the following list of delinquent hinds and iota, railroads, tele¬ phone and telegraph companies and corporations for the taxes for the year 1921, interests, costs and special asaeasmonts due severally thereon: and for an order to sell the landa and lots, rail¬ roads, telephone and telegraph companies and corporatlona for the satisfaction of taxea for 1.921 thereon. Alao that on the first Monday next succeeding the flrat Monday of June, 1922 (the commencement of said term of County Court) towit: on the 12th day of June, A. D. 1922, all the lands and lota, railroads, telephone and telegraph companies and corporations, tor the aale of which an order shall be made, will be exposed at Pdbllc Sale at the Court Houae in said county tor the amount of taxes, interest, special aaaeasments and costs thereon.
