The Woard of Kducation informs the public that the building will lje eijuipped and ready for si'hool as ad¬ vertised. The catalogue will be off the press in a few days which will give complete plans of the si'hool for next year. The law authorizing District lligh Schools on the approval of the people is only two years old,. but between thirty and forty districts, represent¬ ing a bond Issue of more than two mlllluns of dolUrsXor the erection of buildings have been created in the state showing beyond a question that the law Is in demand with the peo¬ ple, and that the District High School has come to stay. There is no grounds for a contest of any kind as the decision does not materially affect the Harter-Stanford Township High School. No contest could be brought that would In any affect the sch
