| Description | Gwin, employee of the Springfield Marine Bank and the head of its personnel department, recalls changes over the years to the bank and its services. He recalls setting up the bank's first personnel department, publication of The Mariner, his role in the remodeling of the facilities, 1951 Centennial celebration, employees, and student scholarships sponsored by the bank. He also discusses the role of women at the bank and the Bunn family. |
