THANKSGIVING DAY ISSUE
SERVICEMAN'S HOLIDAY—Sgt. George Renzas has his eye on the bird as villagers observe Thanksgiving day todav Sgt. Renzas. stationed at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Md.. is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andy Renzas. He is an instructor in the tank division of the U. S. Army at the Maryland post. While on furlough he will join others in Proviso township in an extra helping of cranberry sauce. sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie and the like. Many villagers will attend special church services today, beginning the holiday in the spirit in which it was conceived in early New England.
