This charming witch won the grand prize for Marlene Bonnet and Barbara Huff in the second annual soap picture contest. Drawn on the inside of a grocery store window at 1119 Roosevelt, it was chosen from entries of six different sections Into which the area was divided. Contest art judges inspected more than 50 sketches before making thai selection. (See story on page 3 for partial list of additional sectional winners.) j
