SIGNS OF GRIEF, black crepe and a funeral wreath, before the entrance of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church, are more obvious manifestations of the sorrow evidenced by the nation at the news of Franklin Delano Roosevelt's death last Thursday. On Sunday, eulogies and special prayers were offered at all local churches. Schools held special memoriams on Friday.
