TURKEY DAY—Nine-year-old Neil Curren, like thousands of community residents, will enjoy a turkey dinner today as villagers celebrate Thanksgiving Day, that purely American holiday dedicated to spiritual contemplation of blessings and temporal feasting. Neil, who lives at 910 North 2nd avenue, Maywood, will join his family in an extra heaping of cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie and the like. Many villagers will attend special church services this morning, beginning the holiday in the spirit !n which it was conceived in early New England.
