"LOYAL FOREVER" are trained domestic animals such as the German shepherd dog shown above, standing at the side of the little master, who may never play with him again. During the week of April 16-21, officially declared as "Be Kind to Animals Week," the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty fo Animals will make an intensive effort to encourage thoughtfulness on the part of the public.
