Littlefield race secretary, gazes with a connoisseur's eye at one of the contestants. Ben Barsema. Oak Park, chief of police, president of the group, and C. Reinhart of Bellwood. recording secretary, stand by. Against another huge cage, are R. Vandenbroucke of Maywood. sergeant-at-arms. and M. Quagliata of Melrose Park, vice president. Quagliata won the grand prize (See page 10).
