THOSE LIVEABLE FALL DAYS ARE HERE!
(Story on Paqe 3)
THE NEW ARCHERY—Miss Grace Oliaro of Maywood is pictured participating in a sport and hobby which for universal appeal has few equals and speaks a language of its own. Business men have found it an ideal relaxation—more stimulating than golf, and wornen and girls have interested themselves in the sport only recently. Here in the villages, the sport has taken on a keen following. The archer has only to grasp his bow and step down through time—to the bow Figured in the Parthenon, painted in the Cro-Magnon caves, written in the Holy Scriptures, featured in the Robin Hood days. The fall season has arrived and with it young and old are discovering archery an absorbing revelation.
