CHRISTMAS SEALS, symbol of the never-ending and ever more successful fight against tuberculosis, are now on sale In the villages. The seals have been sent through the mails to residents, who are asked to buy what they can and return unwanted stamps and money to the local Health Centers. Pictured in the upper right hand corner are Col. Robert Wigglesworth and Mrs. H. F. Hammond, chairmen of the seal sales In Melrose Park and Maywood, respectively.
