HARMONIZING AT THE PIANO is one of the favorite pastimes at the teen-age get-togethers held every Friday night, except during the month of August, in the gymnasium of the First Congregational church of Maywood. The melodious foursome pictured at the piano is Jack Espeland and "Gyne" Holland (both seated), Jo Anne Lillie and Chuck Hinkle, president of the Young People's society which sponsors the dances. At the gatherings high school students dance to the tunes of a juke box, play ping-pong and sing. Among the faithful workers are Chuck Hinkle, JoAnne Lillie, Larry Thomas and Dean Harris, as well as many others. Violet Wilder supervises the dances, which have
been held at the church for more than four years.
