STUDY IN TYMPANUM—Glenn Sponsler, kettledrum artist, is caught in a striking, pose as he practices for the coming Band Concert to be given at Proviso township high school Sunday. The program, unique and timely, will be dedicated to the Latin Americas and allied nations. Director J. Irving Tallmadge will conduct the largest band ever to play at the school. Highlighting the performances will be individual groups, sextets, quintets, playing stirring patriotic tunes. Villagers wishing to attend the Concert may secure tickets from any high school student.
