First Prize in The Huntley Fartnside Christmas Decorating Contest goes to 10812 N. Woodstock Street - Wayne & Sue Goers with sons John and Don.
Goers are second time winners for the decorating contest. Wayne said this year they added 20 new characters to their yard display. For next year, he is looking for 4 or 5 of the old five foot tall lighted caroling figures. They wear red robes and have blonde hair. Please contact him if you know of any available.
First prize includes: a floor lamp from Huntley Country Store, $100 gift certificate in chiropractic services from Dr. William L. Dorothy Taylor won the Voter Prize. Her voting ballot was drawn from all the ballots cast. Contestants who were not voted 1st, 2nd or 3rd, received 2 free psuses to Walt Disney's World On Ice at the Chicago Stadium.
