Huntley Planning Commission Met
The regular monthly meeting of the Huntley Planning Commission was called to order at 7:40pm by Chairman Wilmer Rohlwing. Those members of the board present were Ron Hahn, Paul Mercer, Jack Daum, Robert Schachtner and Dturick Franzen. Also present was Village Administrator Krauss and Mayor Dhamer.
The minutes of the Dec. 9, 1991 meeting were read. It was noted that Messrs. Hahn and Franzen entered the meeting before it was adjourned. Mr. Daum moved to accept the minutes as corrected, Mr. Daum seconded. Motion carried.

It was an auto body shop and now wants to use only as an auto mechanical repair shop, no body work. There is room for about six-eight cars inside. Mr. Fransen questioned the black- topping of the parking area outside, also possibility of landscaping a screen along south side. Mr. Mercer asked how the black topping ordinance needs to apply to this situation. It is blacktopped in front. Mayor said wherever cars are to be parked needs to be blacktopped. If they park inside and in front, it won't need to be blacktopped on the south side.
Mr. Franzen moved to recommend accepting the Special Use Permit for Don Youngen's building at 11109 South Vine
Street for use of automotive repair, except that all vehicles be parked inside every evening or provide a screen on south property line. Mr. Schachtner seconded. Upon roll call there were five (5) ayes
