Presenting Huntley Hunk Contestants
Huntley Hunk Contest Funds Park Program
One of the highlights of the Huntley Town Picnic will be the Huntley Hunk Contest.
This year's contestants are Joe Cervantes of the Huntley Public Works Dept.; Rick Adams of Nilco, Inc.; Bob Tures of Matt Tures & Sons; and Steve DeQuaker of Essency Desktop Publishing.
The best part of this contest is that everyone in town gets to participate in it by voting for their favorite hunk. Voting is easy and anonymous. Just drop your spare change or bills into your favorite hunk's money can. The cans will be set up in various locations in town. The contestant who earns the most money will be crowned "Huntley Hunk." Voting will
Rick Adams
take place between June 15 and June 26 to give you the opportunity to vote often
Joe Cervantes
(how many elections encourage that?!). The winner will be announced at 2pm at the
Steve DeQuaker
picnic. The money raised during this fundraiser will be used to purchase fitness
Bob Tures
equipment for the park district's fitness program.
