Village Attorney Opens Huntley Office In New Bank
attorney, Todd Syverson. Well, actually he's not new to Hundey. Syverson has been deaUng with the Village of Huntley's legal mattCTS for nearly four years and is currently wwking as the village i»"osecutor. While municipal law has becmne his area of expatise, he haiq)ily would help with any legal problem that did not invdve a legal action with the village, an obvious conflict of interest. Wills, civil litigation, divorce, collections, are just a few of the diverse cases within his repertoire. And, if there should be a legal situation he felt was out of the routine, he can easily refer the case to an associate with more expoience in that area.
Syverson, who started out working in a large Chicago law fum of two hundred attorneys, has nothing but praise for the smaller, friendlier firm he is with now, Franks and GMkin. Syverson is an associate with Franks & Geikin, which has offices in Marengo, WondCT Lake, and now, Hundey. "Here you're not just a name, you know each other and like them. Thwe's a great r^pat among the firm's attorneys," Syverswi said. "I would feel \ery comfortable about recommending a case to any of them."
