Introducing.... Planning Commission Minutes
Robert Hight Grafton Township Road Commissioner
Bob Hight, a Huntley resident since 1960, has worked for Grafton Township since 1984 and has had 20 years experience in the construction field.
Since the retirement of Don Tessmer, Bob has been appointed to fill that vacancy. He hopes to continue in Don's footsteps and expand the maintenance of the town¬ ship roads.
Anyone wishing to talk to Mr. Hight may call him at the Road Commissioners office - 669-5070.
The regular monthly meeting of the Huntley Planning Commission was called to order at 7:35 pm by Chairman Wilmer Rohlwing on April 9, 1990. Those members of the board present were Paul Mercer, Ed Domagalski, Ron Hahn and Darick Franzen. Also present was Mayor Dhamer and Attorney Kukla.

Mr. Domagalski moved to accept the minutes as amended. Mr. Franzen seconded, motion carried. The order of business for tonight was to review the proposed Wing Pointe Project by Ludwig & Co. Letters have been received and were read from the Huntley Park District, Huntley Fire District, Huntley School District and Baxter & Woodman. Copies of such are attached hereto and made a part of these minutes. Copies

Also, he asked if we can request an economic development impact study, since we have no idea what this is going to cost the Village. The mayor said that for every 1000 people, another policeman is required. Also, Baxter & Woodman believe that every¬ thing annexed now, plus this development by Ludwig would fill treatment plant. Ludwig has agreed to provide own water supply. There is no more room for this treatment plant to expand. Any new development will need to put in another treatment plant elsewhere.
The developer is asking for a variation on size of roads. The Commission said the main road going through should be 44 foot. The Fire District requests another entrance on
