Clegg, Executive Vice President; Jim Gordon, President of Midstate and Mary Gordon as they break ground from the MUk Speciahies Plant which will be buUt in Kiswaukee Industrial Park in the VUlage of Huntley. The construction alone is estimated to cost between 5 and 6 million dollars. The large one story structure will hold office and a plant. It will sH on about 5 acres of land and be 350 ft. long. The new plant wiU also house an 80 foot stack.
MUk Specialties manufactures dry livestock feed. They hope to have the structure completed by June or July.

The F-S Redskins played Sandwich in an away game winnings
•' 16-0. The Redskin defense was excellent again this week holdingl|

Eisenmenger. Mike Smith was out of this game due to a pulled
muscle.
The 1st Quarter began Huntley in possession and Hansen going to the-33 and again to dte 39. Doyle made the 1st down moving to the 45. Huntley fumbled and Sandwich recovered at the 41. Ryan was downed by O'Brien at the 37. Wesson was stopped by Eisenmenger at the 37. Ryan was tackled bv Manlev at the 34 and

MAYOR ENSTROM PROCLAIMS OCT. 10 & 11 CANDY DAY
, On Wednesday, September 24th, Mayor Donald Enstiom signed the Lion's Qub Candy Day Proclamation as Lion President Norm Brettschneider looked on. The Lion's hold Candy Day every year to raise funds. These funds are used to help people with vision problems. Some Lionesses will be helping the Lion's again this year.
BOYSCOUT PAPER DRIVE
Huntley Boy Scout Troop #167 is having a Paper Drive on Saturday, September 27th. To
avoid the possibility of not having your papers picked up, we ask that evetyone tie the papers in bundles and have
them on the tree bank by 8:00 am Saturday morning, if one should happen to forget, the
main collection point will be behind the Legion across from the post ofHce. Papers may be dropped off here anytime between 8:00 am k 3:00 p.m. on the 27th. You cooperation hi this effort is greatly appreciated.
