Pictured on the front page and throughout the paper are those who received medaled firsts in vocal and instrumental. The totals for the day were 20 firsts, 17 seconds and 2 thirds. Continued on Page 2 PARK OISTRICT MEETINQ The regular meeting of the Huntley Park District was called to order at 8 P.M. by President Borhart on Wed¬ nesday, March 24, 1%2. Present were Commissioners Mercer, Borhart, Tures and Jurs, while Commissioner, Weltzien was absent. Also in attendance were Attorney Cowlin, Larry Kahl and LeRoy Wiraing. The minutes at the February 24 meeting were read. Mr. Jurs moved to approve the minutes, seconded t^ Mrs. Mercer. All Commissioners voted aye and the motion carried. The Treasurer's report was given. Mr. Tures made a motion to accept the report, seconded by Mr. Jurs. All ayes and the motion carried. The bills for the month were presented.
