Mr. and Mrs. Henry Marlowe join in the celebration! Judy Borhart, 17, Huntley, was crowned McHenry County Dairy Princess last week and Marlowe Feed and Hatchery had the pleasure of sponsoring J udy int he contest. Judy has begun her reign, making an early morning appearance on WGN-TV Jast Thursday moming. She'll attend the Illinois Daio Princess .or.Us; Jiily 7*^2'' as a guest of McHenry County Diary Promotion Council where Diane Heinrich, Crystal Lake, will be our county's representative. HYDRANTS FLUSHED
Jim Schultz, Superintendent of Streets for the Village of Huntley, announced today that the water hydrants will be flushed on July 13 and 14.

MEETING OF THE VILLAGE
BOAKD OF TRUSTEES
The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held July 1, 19G2 in the Board Room of the Village Hall and brought to order at 8:00 P.M. by President Enstrom.
Present were President En¬ strom, Trustees Wicke, Berlin, Mercer, Dhamer, Brown and Rudsinski, as well as Attomey Szura, Village Engineer Schwe¬ gel and members of the PubHc Works Department.
The minutes of the June 3rd, 1982 Regular Meeting and also those of the special hearing of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds of June 3rd, 1982 were brought before the" Trustees for their approval. There being no additions nor corrections, they stood approved as presented.
The Treasurer's Report was discussed and a motion was made by Trustee Mercer, seconded by Trustee Berlin, to approve same and upon roll call, all trustees voted aye and the motion carried.
The bills for the current month were reviewed and after said review, a motion was made by Trustee Mercer, seconded by Trustee Brown, to approve payment of all presented with Continued on Page 7
On Friday, July 2, Hundey Park District sponsored a Kennel Ration Dog Showl There were 13 entrants & 13 different varieties of dogs I The show started out with a demonstration by the Woodstock Dog Training Class, sponsored by the Dept. of Parks & Recration of Wood¬ stock. The demonstration was very enjoyable and evetyone got to see what their dogs could do with a little training.
The judges for the Dog Show were: Sandy Wiesneth, Paul Miller, Chad Warrington and Brian Speats. The dogs were judged for the following categories: Beet Befaaved Rusty Kowalski &. Muff and Petey Knopka & Nana, lst place Jodi Joulker & Muffin 2nd Place Brian Eisenmenger & Muppet 3rd Place
Carolyn Weigle & Dodger. Cassie & Tracy Evans & Princess, Jodi Manke & Fletcher and Tina Johnson & Sioux Bell, ail received merit awards.

On Tuesday, June 22, the Lions Club Hearing Unit came (o Huntley courtesy of the Huntley Lioness Club. Thirty-seven people were tested. Six of those failed the test and were referred to a physican for care. Three had a noise induced problem and twenty-eight passed.
The testing was held inside the American Legion Home this time. A couple of years ago, the Hearing Mobile was in Huntley and approximately 50 people were tested. Continued on Page 5
